Mission Brief
AgriDrone is a pioneering drone-on-demand service designed specifically for Indian farmers, offering precision pesticide spraying, fertilizer application, and bird scaring services starting at just ₹400/acre. Beyond spraying, every sortie doubles as a high-resolution aerial survey, feeding data into India's first drone-grounded crop-risk model licensed to insurers and reinsurers. We built their digital platform, establishing a reliable, high-converting portal for booking DGCA-certified drone operations and wiring in the real-time agronomy data pipelines that make every flight pay twice.
Our Approach
Two audiences, one platform: farmers who need a dead-simple booking on a weak rural connection, and insurers who want the survey data each flight produces. We engineered a lightweight front end for the field and a serious telemetry pipeline behind it, so a single sortie serves both.
