1,000+ Organic Clicks in 90 Days: Two SEO Case Studies

Most growing businesses share the same quiet anxiety: the moment they stop paying for ads, the traffic stops too. Rented attention is expensive, and it never becomes an asset.

There's another way to grow, one where the traffic you earn keeps arriving long after the work is done. Over the last quarter we watched it play out for two clients in completely different industries. Both crossed 500 organic clicks in 90 days. Neither spent a rupee on ads.

Here's exactly what happened, and what any founder can take from it.

Two brands, one channel: search

The Bengaluru MMA case study is a six-branch mixed martial arts academy competing in one of India's most crowded fitness markets.

The Swaastik Yog School case study is a Yoga Alliance-certified teacher-training school in the Himalayas, competing globally against long-established names.

One sells memberships to people a few kilometres away. The other sells immersive training to aspiring teachers on the other side of the world. What they have in common is that we built both their websites and their organic growth engine, and in both cases, search did the heavy lifting.

The numbers

Bengaluru MMA — first 90 days

  • 522 clicks from Google Search
  • 29,900 impressions
  • Average position 7.1 (page one of Google)
  • 1.7% average click-through rate
  • 100% organic
Google Search Console performance for bengalurumma.com showing 522 clicks and 29.9K impressions over 3 months

Swaastik Yog School — first 90 days

  • 72,700 impressions from Google Search
  • 518 clicks
  • Average position 9.5 (page one of Google)
  • 100% organic, across a multilingual global audience
Google Search Console performance for swaastikyogschool.com showing 518 clicks and 72.7K impressions over 3 months

Combined, that's 1,040 clicks and 102,600 impressions in a single quarter, with nothing spent on paid promotion.

What actually moved the needle

There's no trick here. Rankings like these come from getting a small number of unglamorous things right.

A fast, technically clean foundation. Both sites are built on modern Next.js and deployed on infrastructure that loads fast and stays stable. Google rewards sites it can crawl easily and that users don't bounce from, speed and technical health are the price of entry, and most local competitors haven't paid it.

Content built around real search intent. We didn't write for the brand; we wrote for the searcher. Every important page maps to something a real person actually types into Google, from ready-to-train fitness queries to specific styles of yoga teacher training. When your content matches intent, Google has every reason to show it.

Architecture that makes a deep offer easy to find. A six-branch academy and a multi-level yoga curriculum are both complex. We structured each site so that complexity becomes an advantage, every branch, every course, every level is its own discoverable, indexable entry point rather than buried in a PDF or a single overloaded page.

Built for a global audience, properly. For Swaastik, that meant a genuinely multilingual site, so a prospective student searching in their own language lands on a page in their own language.

Local visibility, dialled in. For Bengaluru MMA, we made sure the academy surfaces in local and map-based searches, where high-intent, ready-to-join prospects look first.

The insight most agencies won't tell you

Look closely and the two wins are different shapes, and that's the interesting part.

Bengaluru MMA converts visibility into clicks efficiently: a 1.7% click-through rate at position 7.1 means people search, see the academy, and act. Swaastik has built enormous reach, 72,700 impressions is a lot of eyeballs, but a lower click-through rate, which tells us there's a whole second phase of upside still on the table. The rankings are there; now we optimise the titles and snippets so more of that visibility turns into visits.

That's the honest version of SEO. It isn't one magic leap. It's earning visibility first, then compounding it, and knowing exactly which lever to pull next.

Why this matters for your business

Paid ads are a tap you have to keep running. The day the budget stops, so does the traffic. Organic rankings are the opposite: an asset that appreciates. Every one of those 1,040 clicks arrived without a per-click cost, and the pages that earned them will keep earning for months.

If you're spending every month just to stay visible, starting from zero again each time the invoice clears, it may be time to build something that lasts instead.

We build the website. And the growth machine behind it.
